Common topics

A lookup didn’t return the details I expected

Results depend on third-party data sources that can be incomplete or delayed, so some fields may be unavailable for a given device. Double-check that the IMEI or serial number was entered correctly — on iPhone you can find it in Settings → General → About, on the SIM tray, or by dialing *#06#. If you believe a result is wrong, email us the identifier you checked and what you expected to see.

A purchase or refund question

Paid lookups are one-time in-app purchases processed by the App Store. All billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies — you can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase succeeded but the lookup didn’t complete, contact us with the date and we’ll help sort it out.

Privacy, data, and your history

Your check history stays on your device and you can delete it any time. We send only the identifier you type and never your name, email, contacts, photos, or location. For the full details, see our Privacy Policy.
